ESMTB is participating in the organization of SMB 2021. Previous SMB2020 held online in September 2020 was an amazing success with 1,732
registered participants from 90+ countries, 2 Plenaries, 8 Keynotes, 306 oral presentations, 259 poster presentations and sponsorship by leading high-tech companies.

Organizers hope to achieve similar results with the SMB2021 and invite all members
of the mathematical, computational and quantitative biology community to participate in the conference. The focus of the SMB2021 will be on two important topics in the sciences today: Translational Research and Promotion of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
