This Cancer Research UK funded postdoctoral role, focuses on analysing spatial transcriptomic data within the CRC-STARS spatial biology team.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary group of mathematicians, biologists, and clinicians, the researcher will develop and apply advanced mathematical methods to characterise spatial features and cellular interactions in colorectal cancer responses to neoadjuvant therapy.
The role involves using and potentially expanding the MuSpAn Python toolbox to build high-throughput analysis pipelines and contribute to the development of imaging panels for clinical application, supporting the broader aims of the CRC-STARS consortium.
